What you type into a calculator stays on your device and is not sent to us.

Who processes it

Our website is hosted by Netlify, which also receives form submissions on our behalf. Netlify may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards. If you email us, your message is received and stored in a Gmail account provided by Google, which may also process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards. We do not sell your information or share it for marketing.

Cookies and analytics

We do not use advertising cookies. With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages and tools are most useful, so we can improve them. It sets cookies (named _ga and _ga_…) that last up to two years and collects information such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, your approximate location (country and city), and your device and browser type. It does not tell us who you are.

Analytics only runs if you choose “Accept” on our cookie banner. Our lawful basis is your consent. Google processes this data on our behalf and may do so outside the UK under appropriate safeguards. We keep analytics data for 14 months. You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page; if you withdraw consent, we remove the analytics cookies from your browser.

We also store your cookie choice in your browser’s local storage so we don’t ask you again on every page. This is strictly necessary to remember your choice.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete your information, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent at any time. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
